Yoga & Samkya Philosophy 09.30 – 13.00

After a Himalayan Yoga session you will be introduced into Samkya Philosophy. The meaning of ‘Samkya’ is ‘that which discribes everything in detail’. It is India’s oldest philosopy and science about the evolution of life. It’s the base of the system of Yoga and Ayurveda.


Pranayama & life energy 14.30 – 18.00

Different forms of energy flow within us. Each stream has its own influence on what we think and feel. This workshop deals with these different forms of energy, their power and characteristics. You will be taught various breathing practices (pranayama) which help to balance these streams in daily life.
