A Himalayan Yoga session will be followed by an introduction into Tantra Philosophy. Tantra often is associated with making love. However its essence is different. Tantra Philosophy is an art of living which says ‘Live with joy and full of love, and be conscious at the same time. Every form of energy (desire, anger etc.) helps you to grow.’
The mind and meditation 14.30 – 18.00
Your thoughts can be destructive as well as creative in life. What is the mind and how can you be friends with it? In this workshop you will go deeper into observing and transforming thoughts into beneficial energies by meditation.
